Saw this stall in the Cathay but didn't have the time to try it before.

The matcha cone ice cream is $6.50 whereas the one in cup is $5.90. My sis said the one in the cone has more ice cream and thus is more worth it.

The store front had these bottles filled with the tea powders they use (or maybe just coloured powders?) and the type of milk (Hokkaido milk). Coincidentally, cold storage at plaza singapura was having their oishi fair and this 1 litre Hokkaido milk is on sale @ $5.50.

After ordering and paying at the counter, you'll be given a buzzer to alert you when your order's ready.

After a couple minutes of wait, our ice cream's ready!

The matcha ice cream is really not sweet. Like 25% sugar kind of sweet. Which is good, so that you won't get sick of the sweetness. It's also quite creamy from the milk they use but the creamy taste won't stay and linger in your tastebuds. So you won't be asking for water right after this "sweet" treat.

Don't think I'll be back for the matcha ice cream often cause it's not something that I'll find time to make a trip down to get. Probably try the houjicha or the special flavour (Lavendar) at Icon Village if I pass by.
