Training at Telok Ayer and we came to this popular minced meat yong tau Foo place that's highly raved by folks of Telok Ayer!
The deco is very oriental and they play those Classical Chinese songs creating a very nostalgic atmosphere.
The basics to ordering is:-
-minimum of 6 items @ $5+ (ie $5.35 after gst)
-6 items with their signature rice or noodles @ $6+ (ie $6.40 after gst)

Any additional items are priced at $0.80+ (which is $0.85 after gst). It's one of the more pricey Yong tau Foo in Singapore. But I guess it's paying for the quality and environment.
They have quite a range of ingredients though mostly commonly found at Yong tau Foo stalls everywhere and some which is their own handmade items.
The ingredients all looks so fresh and tempting!
Their handmade prawn rolls! But slightly pricier as it is considered as 3 items (so it's $2.40+). Even the cheese franks next to it are also equally pricey.

Quickly chose my ingredients as a queue is forming behind. Gotta speed up!
My choices! Quite a few items that I wanted to try but decided to pick more of those that are made by them.
After paying and telling them what noodle you prefer, you'll get this buzzer which would inform you when your food is ready.

The wait for food is pretty fast! And they fry your ingredients too!
Our food!
Tried this at suntec too (they should be the same one?). Their sauce is not too salty but don't really find that their Yong tau foo is worth the price cause it's mainly fish paste and flour. Though the beancurd items are mostly good, won't be a place that I'll visit often.

Interesting concept though that they open at night as a bar. Could probably come try the drinks at night!
