DIM SUM TIME!!!

Finally got the time and day to go for this long awaited Tim Sum trip at
119 Aljunied Crescent.
Saw their stall being featured on dr Leslie's ieatishootipost.
And wanted to come try ever since.

Our order chit!

Don't belittle the one page only order chit cause everything on the menu are handmade.
Yes, you didn't not read wrongly, handmade
Not joking.
And this is probably one of the reasons why they only open weekends morning from 7:30am.
And many times when I called(around 11 plus 11), they told me there weren't much variety left.

Let's not delay further, and pictures for you to salivate upon!

All these dishes~ for two!

Crab meat siew mai($2.80 for 4 pcs)

Quite a steal for four of them.
Meat was really firm
And could spot the mushrooms.

Beancurd shrimp roll ($3 for 3)

Love the thin crisp beancurd skin
And the insides are made up of fish paste and chopped prawns
Coupled with the mayonnaise
Yums! 😋

Carrot cake

This was a bit disappointing
Cause the carrot cake's cut a bit thickly
So got quite tired of it halfway

Prawn chee cheong fun ($3)

Smooth and silky.
Love the light sauce
But best when consumed hot, so go there to dine in!!

Century egg porridge with mince meat ($1.80)

Thick porridge!
With plenty of flavour.
They added beancurd skin(those for dessert) so it would refresh your palate
And you'll not be tired of it!

Char siew bun ($1.60 for 2)

What's dim sum without char siew bao?
This looks like a typical hk csb.
Did not try this though cause I was full from all the others.
Hehe

Am missing them already!

Gonna have to head over again soon!:)
