At my favourite 大腸 aka large intestines stall in 284 Bishan  Queue was pretty long cause we arrived slightly after they open. Which was a mistake cause ppl are waiting for them to open at 8:30pm. And do be aware that service is not of major importance here. It depends fairly on the auntie's mood. It used to be an uncle manning the frontline and taking orders. He was really nice and was the one who introduced me to the 大腸頭 or large intestines head! I remember that time he saw me coming over to da pao after dining in and he was like, next time try the large intestines head, even better than the large intestines! And I never turned back from it again. Hahhaha.  And guess how much this is! $16! Worth us patronising so often! And it's also cause their large intestines are braised so well. Totally in love with it! Can't stop having it whenever I'm here. Hehe.
