謝氏早點 day 2 Wednesday, September 4, 2013 @ September 04, 2013Day 2 Taichung! Went to get breakfast for them! The place is just opp where we're staying! 謝氏早點 Address: 台中市繼光街136號  Entrance of the shop!  Kept recommending me what's nice at the place.     Two white bread with one wholemeal bread Fillings: egg with meat patty and cucumber!  There's pig's skin, meatball, 貢丸, pig's blood and raddish Not bad! The soup wasn't very very flavourful so I think this can be a miss Next: 蘿蔔糕 Carrot cake It's just the plain flour. Not that nice. The one I had in taipei's so much better. But the sauce they gave was the salty kind so manageable with the carrot cake  Taiwan style. Lets talk about the beancurd first, it's really smooth. Coupled with the syrup they gave and the peanut that's cooked till it melts in your mouth. Lastly: 蛋餅 egg pancake It's quite soft and chewy but would be better if they pan fried it longer till its crispy on the outside Bread that we got from In Time yesterday Banana bread!
