Cafe Swiss Wednesday, September 4, 2013 @ September 04, 2013M29 August 2013 Lunch buffet with Agnes Jie Jie at swissotel city hall! We went up to level 2 of raffles city shopping centre to get there It's a Swiss and Indian theme dinner With Japanese food, a salad stn, carving and pasta with omelette stn with a desserts corner! Okay! Enough words! Time for pictures! First up! The Japanese section They have a selection of sushi, sashimi, smoked fish as well as soba  The pot at the bottom right side is the soba sauce     Beef stew Was quite tender except parts with the tendoins  Was a little spicy and quite good with the green creamy-spicy sauce  This is good! The prawns were really springy and humongous!   The cheese had a pretty strong taste like blue cheese and goes really well with the bread but not tt nice for the sausage The sausage was chilled and there was the jelly parts which I didn't like   Mustard crusted prime bone-in ribeye with natural veal jus  Goes well with the sauce provided and the mustard gave it a different experience The roasted potato was marinated and was quite good too! Took the salad with mozzarella cheese balls! I like them! It's like eating chewy cheese but there's unlimited portions!:D Desserts!            Labels: Cafe Swiss, swissotel |
