At 老四川 麻辣火鍋! 菜譜 Subtle sweetness and fragrance that overwhelms your senses 有著淡淡的香氣和微微的甜。 The sauce for accompanying your steamboat ingredients(top) To use, either dip your meat into it like that or add mala soup(spicy eating ppl)/養身湯 white colour nourishing soup(non-spicy eating ppl) I added the mala one! And mix it It actually gives a very refreshing taste cause of the chopped celery and carrot -Left: marinated edamame 毛豆 Didn't try it but from last night's experience, it's pretty good! Like the way they cook black pepper beef with garlic(no sauce) and then serving it cold -Right: cucumber Have no idea how they do it but its crunchy like those preserved cucumber but there's not salty taste! Just the cucumber's natural taste This should be 酸辣涼粉 It looks like ma la but its sour and not very spicy! The rice noodles are springy and very appetising! 養身湯 on the left and 麻辣湯 on the right They call it 鍋底! 鍋底 (guo di) comprises of pig's blood and beancurd Yummy in the ma la soup! Hahas The one in the white base seems to lose the taste cause the ma la one is more flavourful It's prawns that are not reared, ie wild prawns It's super sweet!!!
