Meet up with EWF! Sunday, August 25, 2013 @ August 25, 2013Hahas! Been such a long since we met Or feels that way But our group ain't all here:( Oh well Went over to Bibigo for lunch! Van and I shared the special set meal  One each for both of us. Sides!  It's fried chicken with Bibigo's own sauce! The waitress told us that its mildly spicy for ppl who are used to eating spicy food Verdict: indeed a little spicy with a hint of sweetness. And it's quite nice with the sliced deep fried lightly battered ladyfingers  $5 ala carte order Their version of mini gyoza! Quite nice with the slightly spicy soy sauce The soy sauce is salty and a little sweet Like those I've had with BBQ meat in Korea! Mains!  Mushrooms, glass vermicelli and beef bulgogi! It's a bit sweet and goes well with rice Quite good just that there doesn't seem to have enough soup  $10 ala carte order The one that comes with the set! I thought it would be pretty spicy cause of the colour but surprisingly it wasn't:) Was very very acceptable and good to go with rice There's pieces of chicken with eggs and mushrooms! Overall it was a good meal Didn't take photos of Alan's seafood soup and van's bibimbap! After tt we headed to the highlight of our outing! Wimbly lu   Taste of chai was there and the latte taste came after the chai. Not bad  This is just root beer and chocolate moist cake! Hahas. Something different but not something I would purposely walk all the way there to eat.  This is really good! Very small soufflé pot. Initially when we saw other tables having this we were reminded of the soufflé we had in Paris. The 3-course soufflé was really the bomb Causing us a phobia of soufflé! Hahas Anyway, back to the sticky date pudding! The caramel was really good! Not the super sweet kind with a nicely burnt sugar smell:D  The waffle's not bad. Crispy and all but the ice cream was really really mini Hahas Totally not befitting of the big waffle Had the salted caramel ice cream and its really good! But too mini:( Had a great time out! And would consider going back to wimbly lu in the evening but they close at 9pm. Not that willing to go through the hot sun again for this. Hahas. Well, in case you wanna know, when you go out of nex, walk by the uob exit, then turn right. Walk straight and when u see Curry House opp, turn left into the landed property area. See the round about ad walk straight in. Then about a min walk you'll see a cafe on your right Turn right and walk in to the end of the shophouses and wimbly lu's right in front of the red Volkswagen beetle!
