Bark cafe! Saturday, December 8, 2012 @ December 08, 2012Pam, Vanessa and I went to The Bark Cafe =) It's at 1000 Upper Changi Rd N Singapore 507707 The place was situated next to the museum, and somewhat in the midst of a jungle. The place was on an outdoor setting. So may have a lot of mosquitoes if it's raining or just rained. The menu was done in a magazine way. Really nice
Just like any normal ones you can find like everywhere.
Salad was not bad. But they could add in some freshly shredded cheese which would be nicer than those bits of bacon i think. Besides that, the ingredients used were fresh. Nothing bad about it.
Not the type I like and I didn't think it was good The whole dessert was basically sweet and didn't have the coffee and liquer taste tiramisu should have.
Apple pie was also just normal, and my mom just made one the day before so I had higher expectations.
This one obviously failed my expectations
This was moist and chewy like, not a very good description but its the best I could.
More cinnamon could be used
Overall, the service was alright.
We arrived ard 3pm on a Saturday so there was only a table occupied.
Had to take some time to get their attention cause it's most probably their break time.
The desserts could be much better improved
Ambience was not bad, good for chatting but I guess our voice could have disturbed the peacefulness there
