Quality Hotel Teochew Porridge Dinner Buffet Porridge with the condiments! All condiments were great!=D With the Fish Porridge They got two types for you to choose from: Fish Porridge and Plain Porridge The Fish Porridge was the ultimate winner in it! It was thick and there are chucks of fish meat in them. The Plain Porridge on the other hand is just our normal teochew styled porridge with the grains of rice in it clearly seen and tasted. Soon Kueh The skin is soft and nice with the black sauce but, don't be greedy. Cause their black sauce is really sweet. Setting of the table when you're sitted.

Hahas. It's a do-it-yourself(a.k.a. DIY) corner next to the laksa sector.

Ingredients: Turnip veg(a tad too salty=/), Egg, sweet sauce and peanut.
Laksa.

Not bad, but improvements can be made=)

It's thick and creamy but the bean puff didn't absorb the soup in it.

Soup is lacking in that punch you get from laksa in katong.

And the ingredients ain't much.

Just half an egg, beancurd puff and the laksa leaves.

They use the traditional rooster bowl=D
Other stuffs!

Mutton, bee hoon, braised tau pok(taste was very bland) and braised egg.
Cereal Prawns
Mutton - Not very well cooked cause some parts were tender and some were hard to chew.
For a $15.90++(per adult) buffet, I think it's alright to go once a while.

To go there and relax and eat with friends and family=)
