Sunday, January 9, 2011 @ January 09, 2011 Day 2 - Paris CDG Airport 6.30am Hump @ the airport!  First sign of snow! ^^ Can't rmb what building this is =X Ferris wheel! Its there just for this season =)   Napoleon?  Eiffel Tower + Snow!  Shopping time @ Lafayette! Bought bags!! Need to queue just to enter LongChamp... Should have gotten the shawl=X  The Hoegaarden there's really much bigger than the ones we have in sg. Quiche! Outside's warm but inside's really cold.  My first time eating quiche!But it was quite salty cox of the bacon bits. Then on the bus to hotel!! Its kinda far away from the city centre. Considering the fact that it took us like half an hour or more to get there? Then dinner! Our tour guide was lost! Hahas. Just kidding. He went out for a walk. Then cox of the snow, no transport was available so he had to run back in the cold and was late. Had French cuisine. Starters: Garlic herbs escargot. Main course: Pan fried chicken drumstick with fried potato chips & veg. Chicken was really salty!!! Dessert: Canned fruits. |
